The American Osteopathic Foundation (AOF) is pleased to announce that Jill M. Helenbrook has been elected to its Board of Directors for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2019.

Currently an independent business consultant, Helenbrook provides strategic consulting to Fortune 500 and privately held businesses across the country. As a transformation agent, she has more than 20 years of hands-on experience managing initiatives to resolve complex issues, improve financial positions and advance strategic priorities.

Helenbrook will join the AOF as an industry representative; bringing valuable experience in executing strategic plans, identifying innovative solutions and creating strong partnerships to achieve goals.

Prior to consulting, Helenbrook served as Vice President, Office of the CIO for Walgreens Boots Alliance, where she helped with a transformational initiative that evolved Walgreens’ traditional retail store model and served on a team that expanded operations internationally through a global competitor acquisition. Immediately prior, she worked as Vice President, Treasury and Securities Services, for JPMorgan Chase in New York. Helenbrook is a graduate of the University of Dayton (Ohio) and holds an MBA from DePaul University (Chicago).

“We are delighted to welcome another accomplished, proven business leader to the AOF Board of Directors,” says Rita Forden, AOF’s Chief Executive Officer. “Jill’s experience with complex, matrix organizations – coupled with her proven track record of building lasting strategic partnerships – will benefit the AOF as the Foundation advances its strategic goals and objectives.”
