The Annual Report presents a summary of the financial activity and financial position of the American Osteopathic Foundation for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. The Foundation is guided by strategic pillars, two of which are philanthropic development and professional impact. The financial health of the Foundation is strong. Philanthropic giving keeps net assets and liquidity at high levels and, at the same time, provides for increased program spending to support the students who will become Osteopathic physicians and to support active Osteopathic physicians striving to give their patients the best care possible.

Audited Financial Statements and IRS Form 990

The Foundation received an unqualified opinion by auditors Warady & Davis LLP, reflecting the transparent and compliant financial statements prepared under generally accepted accounting principles. The audited financial statements and the Form 990 are available upon request. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Foundation believes in the highest degree of accountability and has been awarded the Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency. Thorough legal and financial records are kept in strict accordance with federal and state laws governing charitable organizations. The Foundation federal tax ID# is 36-6056120.
