Residual Bequest Language

A residual bequest comes to us after your estate expenses and specific bequests are paid:

I give and devise to American Osteopathic Foundation (Tax ID #36-6056120), located at 142 E. Ontario Street, Chicago, Illinois 60611 a percentage (or all) of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to be used for its unrestricted use and purpose (or for the support of a specific fund or program).

Specific Gift Language

Naming American Osteopathic Foundation as a beneficiary of a specific asset from your estate:

I give and devise to American Osteopathic Foundation (Tax ID #36-6056120), located at 142 E. Ontario Street, Chicago, Illinois 60611, (describe specific asset) to be used for its unrestricted use and purpose (or for the support of a specific fund or program).
