Established in 1993, this award was created to honor the memory of Donna Jones Moritsugu, wife of Dr. Kenneth P. Moritsugu, Former Deputy Surgeon General of the United States. It honors the partners of graduating osteopathic medical students who best exemplify the type of immeasurable support and personal sacrifice that is crucial to their partner’s success, leading to the betterment of their future and of society.
