Since 1993, the American Osteopathic Foundation and the Advocates for the American Osteopathic Association have partnered to extend the AOF/AAOA Donna Jones Moritsugu Memorial Award to spouses of graduating Osteopathic medical students from across the country. This award was created in honor of the beloved late wife of Kenneth P. Moritsugu, MD, a former Deputy Surgeon General of the United States, retired military physician, nationally recognized public health expert, and former AOF Board member.
This award honors spouses of graduating Osteopathic medical students who exemplify immeasurable support and have made significant personal and professional sacrifices that have contributed to their partner’s success.
Congratulations to all of the 2026 recipients!
