Established in 1993, this award honors the memory of Donna Jones Moritsugu, beloved wife of Kenneth P. Moritsugu, MD, former Deputy Surgeon General of the United States, retired military physician, nationally recognized public health expert, and a former AOF Board member.
Created to recognize the impact spouses have on the success and fortitude of medical students, this award honors life partners of graduating Osteopathic medical students who best exemplify the immeasurable support and personal sacrifice that is crucial to their partner’s success.
