The American Osteopathic Foundation (AOF) is pleased to welcome Tiffanie Tabrizi as its Director of Programs, Scholarships, and Awards.
After a thorough search and interview process, Ms. Tabrizi joined the AOF team on January 7, 2022. As Director for the Foundation’s programs, scholarships, and awards, she will manage all aspects of the Foundation’s grantmaking including asset allocation, development of new programs and measurement and evaluation of existing programs.
Most recently, Ms. Tabrizi worked as Development Director for Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago, an affiliate of the national nonprofit dedicated to repairing homes and revitalizing communities, implementing its organizational fundraising plan, and spearheading a new donor revenue strategy.
“Tiffanie has the perfect combination of managerial oversight, and hands-on experience the AOF was looking for,” says Rita Forden, American Osteopathic Foundation CEO. “Her skill set is well matched to manage the Foundation’s grant making process. We are excited to have her join us.”
Ms. Tabrizi served in several director roles with Rebuilding Together, Inc., including as a founding staff member of its Green Housing program and as director of its national grant programs. She is experienced in grant program development and execution, measurement and evaluation, and strategic partnership building. She earned an MAA in Community and Economic Development from the University of Maryland, and a BS in Anthropology from Iowa State University.
