WHO: DOs, MDs, health care professionals, corporate executives, and affiliate leaders are encouraged to apply.
WHAT: AOF Board members are actively engaged in the success of the Foundation. They oversee strategic initiatives; ensure effective planning; monitor and strengthen program initiatives; secure resources to advance the mission; and provide financial oversight. Directors are expected to attend 4-5 meetings per year, and actively participate in quarterly committee conference calls.
WHEN: The term of office is three years beginning January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021. Members in good standing are eligible to serve a second three-year term, for a total of six years.
